Who's Behind Customer City and Our Quest to Build the 1st True CRM for RevOps?

Customer City's team collectively boasts over 30 years of experience in CRM design, B2B SaaS Sales, digital product development, web design, and online marketing. We've also worked with some of the world's biggest and most recognized brands, including Amazon, Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Upwork.
In an increasingly digitized world, we believe in putting people first. Human-centered design plays a pivotal role in what we create and how we operate, and empathy, trust, and happiness are guiding principles that direct how we interface with our clients, partners, and team.

Jay Prasad — Founder of Customer City
Hi, I'm Jay Prasad. As founder and Lead Software Engineer at Customer City, I'm fulfilling a personal goal to bring a modern, intuitive solution to the market that helps B2B SaaS sales teams attain maximum efficiency.
For over a decade, I've worked with fortune 100 companies, helping them capture higher revenues through intelligent CRM implementation. As a senior CRM specialist, I've implemented sales architecture for notable global brands like Amazon, Adobe, Metlife, and Salesforce.
Over the years, I watched how sales teams, even from these industry leaders, often struggled to attain their best results due to various common problems. These were issues that seemed fixable but could only be mitigated at the time due to the limitations of available tech or the CRM that a company was invested in.
The frustration I witnessed from these sales professionals became my frustration, and I was compelled to create the best solution possible to help these people become Sales Champions.
Enter Revenue Operations. This concept is a genius approach to B2B SaaS sales that aligns all operations in a company to produce consistent, predictable revenue. The more I explored this concept, the more inspired I became to bring it to B2B SaaS companies everywhere.
A primary problem I encountered on this journey was that existing CRMs were either too clunky and outdated to accommodate this modern strategy, or various platforms claimed to be RevOps CRMs while lacking the critical features necessary to make them a true solution. Thus, Customer City was born.
My passion involves advocating for businesses of all sizes to embrace the next technical revolution in business operations, RevOps. While pursuing this mission, I'm also building the first true CRM for Revenue Operations. Of course, I couldn't achieve this ambitious goal without the assistance of a great team. Let me introduce them to you!
Chetan Bhatnagar — Co-Founder
Customer City could not have asked for a better co-founder than Chetan Bhatnagar. He brings to our team a wealth of experience in enterprise-level operations, and he's a master of SAP CRM implementation. Chetan is particularly adept at developing scaling solutions for complex processes within large organizations, a feat he's performed for a number of fortune 100 companies.
Despite being a veritable CRM superhero, he remains incredibly humble and ready to make a meaningful contribution to Customer City's success.
As a business partner in a past company, ServiceTitan, I witnessed Chetan's intelligence and agility firsthand as he successfully wore multiple hats to make the impossible possible. He and his team were principal contributors to ServiceTitan's ability to scale and achieve revenue growth.
Overall, I believed Chetan could be the 'ace' to any business with a quest for digital transformation and modernization, and that's why he was invited to join Customer City as co-founder.
